John Rosselli suggests Oversized Mirrors

Antique collector John Rosselli suggests going fearless for oversized mirrors

There's no other name in Manhattan more synonymous to antique collecting than John Rosselli. The collector, who's married to famed interior designer Bunny Williams, is known for his penchant for affordable antiques and his whimsical sense of interior design. Rosselli was recently interviewed by Elle Décor, and he shared with the magazine a few of his decorating essentials.

An important design element that he suggests everyone have in their homes is the presence of an extra large wall mirror or leaner that can easily become a focal point in any room. He explains that the more unusual the mirror, the better. Rosselli also advices not to be afraid of scale, recommending oversized mirrors that can be as high as the ceiling.

For a truly beautiful addition to any room, opt for a set of Uttermost Perching Birds Mirrors. Composed of a heavily antiqued silver leaf finish and a touch of distress, the set of three decorative mirrors follows Rosselli's decorating essentials – big with a bit of whimsy.
